Fluffy Pumpkin Mug Cake Snack
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1-2 tbsp. honey or pure maple syrup
- 3 tbsp. pumpkin puree
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 3 tbsp. almond flour
- 1 tbsp. coconut flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
In a microwaveable mug, whisk together the egg, honey, and pumpkin puree.
Stir in the baking powder, almond flour, coconut flour, and cinnamon then microwave for 2 minutes.
Cut the cake into slices and layer with yogurt and cinnamon for serving.
