Quick Gluten-Free Skillet Pizza
Ingredients
Crust
- 21 grams cassava or coconut flour
- 2 jumbo or large egg whites (70 grams) or approximately 3 small or medium egg whites
- 1-2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 45 grams all-purpose flour (gluten-free if desired)
- 100 grams (about 1/3 cup) 0% Greek yogurt
- 3 grams baking powder (1 teaspoon)
- Dash of sea salt
Toppings
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella
- 7 turkey pepperonis
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Mix together the crust ingredients and place in a greased skillet pan
Bake for 10 minutes, then remove the skillet from the oven
Add the toppings
Bake for an additional 5 to 6 minutes until the cheese is melted
Slice and enjoy
