Rocky Road

Ingredients

  • 2 dl vegan marshmallows
  • 2 dl almonds
  • 20 pieces of candy cane
  • 400 g dark chocolate
  • 60 g vegan butter

Preparation

  1. Chop the almonds and marshmallows in half

  2. Crush the candy cane into pieces

  3. Add everything into a bowl

  4. On the stove, melt the dark chocolate together with butter

  5. Let the chocolate cool down before you pour it on top of the nuts/marshmallows

  6. Blend so everything is coated in chocolate

  7. Spread it out on a tray and put the rocky road in the freezer so it can harden
