Rocky Road
Ingredients
- 2 dl vegan marshmallows
- 2 dl almonds
- 20 pieces of candy cane
- 400 g dark chocolate
- 60 g vegan butter
Preparation
Chop the almonds and marshmallows in half
Crush the candy cane into pieces
Add everything into a bowl
On the stove, melt the dark chocolate together with butter
Let the chocolate cool down before you pour it on top of the nuts/marshmallows
Blend so everything is coated in chocolate
Spread it out on a tray and put the rocky road in the freezer so it can harden
