Salted Chocolate Cashew Grain Free Better Cookie

Ingredients

  • coconut caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • pinch of flaky sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients (except vanilla) in a small saucepan over medium heat

  2. Bring to a boil

  3. Boil for 4 min, stirring frequently

  4. Lower heat to medium-low, and let simmer for 40-45 min (yes, this is a time of patience, but so worth it) until thickened and reduced

  5. Let caramel cool to room temp

  6. Before transferring into an airtight jar

  7. Store in the fridge
