Salted Chocolate Cashew Grain Free Better Cookie
Ingredients
- coconut caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- pinch of flaky sea salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Combine all ingredients (except vanilla) in a small saucepan over medium heat
Bring to a boil
Boil for 4 min, stirring frequently
Lower heat to medium-low, and let simmer for 40-45 min (yes, this is a time of patience, but so worth it) until thickened and reduced
Let caramel cool to room temp
Before transferring into an airtight jar
Store in the fridge
