Snicker Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 heaping tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • non salted peanuts
  • dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Make your base by blending ingredients in food processor

  2. Add to a square baking dish lined with parchment paper push it down to be around 1 inch thick

  3. For the caramel ingredients: 1 cup pitted dates/around 13, pinch of salt, 2 tbsp water.

  4. Blend caramel ingredients in food processor. Then spread caramel onto the crust layer

  5. Add a generous amount of peanuts

  6. Place in freezer for 30 minutes

  7. Take out and cut into desired shape

  8. Melt dark chocolate and pour over each piece, then place back into the freezer

  9. Keep in freezer till you eat them
