Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
Ingredients
- Parchment paper
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 2 Tbsp. buffalo hot sauce
- 1/4 cup water, divided use
- 1 (12 oz.) bag cauliflower florets (approx. 3 cups)
- 2 Tbsp. low-fat ranch dressing
- 3 medium celery stalks, cut into sticks
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375° F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper; coat with spray. Set aside.
Combine hot sauce and 2 Tbsp. water in a large bowl; mix well. Add cauliflower and toss to coat.
Arrange cauliflower on prepared baking sheet; bake 30 to 35 minutes, turning once, until cauliflower is golden brown.
Combine ranch dressing and remaining 2 Tbsp. water in a small bowl.
Serve cauliflower with dressing and celery.
