Spirulina + Greens Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup @malkorganics almond milk
  • 1/3 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach (or any frozen greens)
  • 1/4 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 2-3 frozen red cherries (for my muscle soreness)
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 scoop green spirulina
  • 1/2 tbsp @spreadthelove almond butter
  • 1/2 tbsp psyllium husk (for extra fiber)
  • 1/2 tbsp flax meal
  • 1 scoop plant based protein
  • 1 tsp mct oil

Preparation

  1. Blend milks with the frozen fruit & veggie first to help break them down

  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend till creamy! Topped with a superfood mix of cacao nibs, bee pollen, hemp seeds, shredded coconut & chia seeds
