Super Delicious Beans
Ingredients
- 2 packs @sainsburys Love your veg chorizo style shroomdogs
- 1 red onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp tom pure
- 1 cup LEON brown sauce
- 1 cup passata
- 2 cans beans, drained and rinsed (I used butter beans because I love the texture)
- bread of your choice to toast
Preparation
Cook the shroom dogs according to pack instructions and set aside ?In the same pan add the olive oil and cook the onion till soft
Add the garlic and cook for another two minutes
Add the tom pure and cook for a minute or so, stirring constantly
Add the brown sauce and passata and mix well
Add the beans and cook on a low heat for ten minutes
Eturn the shroom dogs to the pan, cook for another five minutes to heat through
Erve over a thick slice of toast
