Tacos

Ingredients

  • chicken
  • coriander
  • red onion
  • tomatoes
  • lime
  • old el paso soft mini tortillas

Preparation

  1. For the marinade: 100ml passata, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp smoked paprika, 1tsp cumin, 1 tsp garlic, 1/2 squeezed lime

  2. Mix the Passata and all the spices and lime in a bowl

  3. Add the chopped Chicken and mix then leave for 10 mins

  4. Fry the chicken then serve in the warmed tortillas with some salsa (set aside some marinade) and chopped coriander, tomatoes and red onion with a squeeze of lime
