tahini chard celery salad
Ingredients
- 1 chard
- 1/2 celery
- Handful cilantro
- Handful mint
- 1/2 lemon
- Handful sunflower seeds
- 1tb soy sauce
- 1tb Maple syrup
- 2tb tahini
- 1ts Salt
- oil
Preparation
Chop the chard
Seperate leaves from stem
Cook the chard stems in water for 2 minutes
Add the leaves
Cook another 4 minutes
Chop celery in small pieces
Chop mint and cilantro
Mix lemon juice, soy sauce, syrup, tahini and a bit of oil
Add a bit of water if too thick
Let the chard cool down then mix with the celery
Top salad with the tahini sauce
Serve with sunflowerseeds on top
