Teriyaki Leek & Chicken Skewers
Ingredients
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- 6 tbsp wheat flour
- 1 tbsp hot curry powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp paprika powder / yellow chilli powder
Preparation
Cook the flour & oil on low heat for 20 min till a golden colour. Add the 3 spice blends and set aside to use in the curry
