Teriyaki Leek & Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 tbsp wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp hot curry powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp paprika powder / yellow chilli powder

Preparation

  1. Cook the flour & oil on low heat for 20 min till a golden colour. Add the 3 spice blends and set aside to use in the curry
