Two red rice and quinoa cakes, 1 tbs AB, one cake has 1 fig, chia seeds and hemp seeds. The other cake has 1/4 banana, blueberries, cinnamon, chia and hemp seeds as well and 1/2 teaspoon @OMG (organic meets good) raw cacao nibs. I had a 12oz mason jar with cold water and fresh blueberries with it. Perfect afternoon #dessnack snack ! Hope your day is going great
