Vegan Chocolate ? & Salted Caramel Matzah Bark

Ingredients

  • ▫️1 cup dates, pitted and soaked
  • ▫️1/4 cup creamy, unsalted, unsweetened sunflower seed butter ▫️2 tablespoons non-dairy milk ▫️2 tablespoons vegan butter, melted
  • ▫️1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Spread a thin layer on 3 pieces of matzah

  2. Freeze 10 minutes

  3. Then top with a layer of melted vegan dark chocolate (1

  4. Cups)

  5. Sprinkle on top cacao nibs, large sea salt flakes, and/or freeze dried raspberries (crushed up)

  6. Freeze another 10 minutes then break into pieces for serving
