Vegan Chocolate ? & Salted Caramel Matzah Bark
Ingredients
- ▫️1 cup dates, pitted and soaked
- ▫️1/4 cup creamy, unsalted, unsweetened sunflower seed butter ▫️2 tablespoons non-dairy milk ▫️2 tablespoons vegan butter, melted
- ▫️1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Spread a thin layer on 3 pieces of matzah
Freeze 10 minutes
Then top with a layer of melted vegan dark chocolate (1
Cups)
Sprinkle on top cacao nibs, large sea salt flakes, and/or freeze dried raspberries (crushed up)
Freeze another 10 minutes then break into pieces for serving
