- 4 cups (500 g) flour (spelt, or whole wheat flour, ap flour)
- 1 1/4 cups (300ml) almond milk
- 1 pack active dry yeast
- 2 tbsp (25 g) cashew butter or coconut oil
- 1.75 tbsp (25g) sugar alternative such as coconut sugar, maple syrup, date sweetener etc
- Filling
- 2 cups (200 g) hazelnut flour
- 7 oz (200 g) dried dates, soaked
- 1/3 cup (75 g) plant drink
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Icing
- 1/2 cup (50g) raw cane sugar blend in powder
- 1 tsp tapioca starch
- 1-2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
