Grilled Meat and Chicken Shish Kebabs

Meat marinade

- Baharat spice mix
- Sweet paprika
- Cinnamon

Chicken marinade
- Yogurt, plain and unsweetened
- Sweet paprika
- Black pepper
- Grated garlic
- Sumac
Preparation
Cut the meat and chicken into medium cubes.
Prepare the meat marinade by combining its ingredients in a bowl and mix with the meat.
Prepare the chicken marinade similarly and mix with the chicken.
Marinate both separately, covered, for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Assemble the skewers by threading the marinated meat and chicken.
Cook the skewers on the grill until done.
