Grilled Chicken Kofta Skewers
Ingredients
- 4 pieces chicken fillet
- 1 medium onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 10 sprigs parsley
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon crushed chili
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Preparation
Grind the chicken, onion, and garlic in a meat grinder.
Add the parsley, coriander, chili, salt, black pepper, and breadcrumbs and mix until the ingredients are combined.
Shape the kofta mixture onto grilling skewers or wooden sticks, using two sticks together.
Heat a grilling pan, wipe it with oil, and grill the kofta until cooked.
Serving suggestions
In a serving dish, place bread loaves. Distribute the kofta skewers and spread onion, parsley, sumac, and lemon slices. Serve hot.
