Grilled Chicken Kofta Skewers
Ingredients
- 4 chicken fillets
- 1 medium onion, quartered
- 3 garlic cloves
- 10 parsley sprigs
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon crushed chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Preparation
Grind the chicken, onion, and garlic in a meat grinder.
Add the parsley, coriander, chili, salt, black pepper, and breadcrumbs, and mix well to combine.
Shape the mixture into kofta forms on skewers or wooden sticks, using two sticks together.
Heat a grill pan and oil it, then grill the kofta until fully cooked.
For serving, place bread on a plate, arrange the kofta skewers, scatter with onion, parsley, sumac, and lemon slices, and serve hot.
