Spooky Banana Ghosts for Halloween Party

Ingredients

  • 4-5 bananas
  • 100g white chocolate
  • 8-10 wooden skewers
  • 6 tablespoons coconut flakes
  • 50g dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Peel the bananas and cut each in half. Insert a wooden skewer into each banana half

  2. Chop the white chocolate into small pieces and melt over a double boiler

  3. Brush each banana half with the melted white chocolate and immediately sprinkle with coconut flakes while the chocolate is still wet. Place on parchment paper to dry

  4. Melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler, transfer to a small piping bag, cut a small hole in the tip, and pipe on eyes to create ghost faces

Tips

  1. If the white chocolate is too thick, mix in 1 teaspoon of coconut oil to thin it for easier coating
