Healthy Paleo Saturday Pancakes for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup superseed flour
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • a pinch of baking soda

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients to make the batter.

  2. Cook 7 small pancakes using avocado oil.

  3. Top with warm blueberries and maple nut butter.

  4. Note: Approximately 28g protein, 15g carbohydrates (11g fiber), 25g fat, and 400 calories per serving, excluding toppings.
