Amazonian Escape Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • 1 packet spirulina @spiraveg
  • 1 plant protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 extra packet spirulina @spiraveg
  • 1/4 cup peaches, frozen

Preparation

  1. Place the bananas, the protein powder, and the water in a high-speed blender, and blend until creamy and smooth. Pour one-third of the banana mixture into a small bowl and set aside.

  2. Add the spirulina powder to the remaining mixture in the blender and blend until well combined. Pour half of this mixture into another small bowl.

  3. Add the cacao powder, frozen peaches, and the second spirulina packet to the blender and continue blending until well combined.

  4. You should now have three blends: banana, spirulina, and cacao.

  5. Pour each blend into a bowl to create the smoothie bowl.
