Bao Buns

Ingredients

  • 2 tbs dried pomegranate arils
  • 1 cup coriander and mint leaves
  • 1 tbs black sesame seeds
  • 1 red chilli finely sliced
  • 1 mango sliced
  • miso dressing
  • toasted seeds
  • seeds
  • 2 tbs sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbs pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbs sesame seeds
  • 1 tbs tamari
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • miso dressing
  • 1 tbs tamari
  • 1 tsp brown rice miso
  • juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tbs sesame oil
  • 2cm piece ginger grated
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • MISO DRESSING
  • 1 Tbs tamari
  • 1 tsp brown rice miso
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 Tbs sesame oil
  • 2cm piece ginger grated
  • 1 Tbs maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Toss together and place mix on a line baking tray

  2. Bake at 200C for 10 mins until the seeds are golden

  3. Allow to cool and break into pieces

  4. Add all the ingredients to a jar and shake to combine

  5. Add water to your preferred consistency
