Veggie Fried Rice W Kung Pao Broccoli

Ingredients

  • zucchini
  • carrots
  • red onion
  • frozen peas
  • frozen corn
  • jasmine rice
  • whollyveggie kung pao broccoli
  • sesame oil
  • tamari
  • black sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425f and add broccoli into oven for 25 minutes!

  2. Cook jasmine rice according to box

  3. Should take 20 minutes

  4. Then chop up fresh veggies if using or place all frozen veggies into frying pan with a drizzle of sesame oil

  5. On high heat fry these veggies till soften

  6. Add cooked rice and fry it all together, drizzle some tamari sauce and mix

  7. Once broccoli is done coat it with the sauce packet and throw it back in oven for 5 minutes on broil to get crispy

  8. Place rice in bowl and add the broccoli thru and on top! sprinkle some black sesame seeds to garnish
