Garlic Chili Oil Noodles
Ingredients
- 16 oz Wide Noodles
- 3 Green Onions
- 3 cloves of Garlic
- small knob of Ginger
- 2 Tbsp Chili Oil
- 2 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Black Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- Sesame Seeds
Preparation
Mix together the chili oil, black vinegar, rice vinegar, dark soy sauce, and light soy sauce. Set aside.
Cook the noodles according to package directions or until desired softness. Set aside.
Sauté the garlic and ginger in the toasted sesame oil until fragrant.
Add in the green onions and stir for a minute before adding the noodles.
Add in the sauce and mix well. Cook on medium-low heat until completely warmed through. Serve immediately with sesame seeds and additional green onions.
