Posh Vegan Bangers and Garlic Mash

Ingredients

  • potatoes
  • oat cream
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • Himalayan salt
  • garlic
  • black pepper
  • Meatless Farm sausages
  • gravy
  • onions
  • beer
  • peas
  • courgette
  • asparagus

Preparation

  1. Bake the Meatless Farm sausages in the oven until cooked.

  2. Boil potatoes until soft and mash them with oat cream, extra virgin olive oil, Himalayan salt, garlic, and black pepper to create creamy garlic mash.

  3. Batter onions with beer and deep-fry to make beer battered onion rings.

  4. Fry a mixture of onion, peas, courgette, and asparagus until softened.

  5. Heat the gravy until warm.

  6. Serve the sausages with garlic mash, gravy, onion rings, and the fried vegetable mixture.
