Pre-Workout Watermelon Raspberry Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup watermelon
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 3-4 large strawberries
- 2 scoops protein powder
- Coconut water and coconut yogurt to adjust consistency
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth.

You can use all strawberries instead of raspberries or add ice if not using frozen fruit.
