Raspberry Chia Protein Parfait
Ingredients
Chia layer
- 2 Tbsp white chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or powder
- Stevia
Pink smoothie layer
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 2 strawberries
- 1/2 zucchini peeled and chopped
- 1/2 scoop your favourite protein powder (optional)
- 1/4 cup coconut water or plain filtered water
- Stevia to taste
- Ice cubes
Preparation
Place ingredients in a jar and shake.
Leave in the fridge for an hour or overnight.
Blend until smooth adding coconut water to desired consistency.
Layer the chia mixture and the smoothie in a glass or jar to assemble the parfait.
