Halloween Orange Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of white chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla coconut yoghurt
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder from @rawnice
  • 1/2 mashed mango - strained

Preparation

  1. Mash and strain the mango if not already done

  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well

  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until the mixture thickens and sets
