Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup papaya chunks
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 inch aloe vera
  • 1/2 lime
  • Small piece of ginger
  • 1 scoop plant based chocolate protein

Toppings

  • 1/4 banana
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • fresh mint
  • coconut

Preparation

  1. Freeze papaya chunks if using fresh.

  2. Blend all ingredients until super thick and creamy.

  3. Top with the toppings: 1/4 banana, 1/4 cup raspberries, fresh mint, and coconut.
