Vegan Chia Pudding Raspberry Smoothie Parfait
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- Pineapple
- Passionfruit
- Coconut yoghurt
- A sprinkle of vegan granola
- A chunk of chocolate
Preparation
Mix all chia pudding ingredients and allow to sit in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight.
Blend all raspberry smoothie ingredients on high speed until smooth.
Layer with pineapple, passionfruit, coconut yoghurt, a sprinkle of vegan granola, and a chunk of chocolate.
