Ramen Noodle Stir Fry with Tamari Sauce
Ingredients
- ramen noodles
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon vegan butter
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- onion
- broccoli
- carrots
- optional shredded chicken
Preparation
Place noodles into boiling water and cook for 3 minutes.
Make sauce by combining 2 tablespoons tamari, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1/2 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon vegan butter, and 1 teaspoon sriracha.
Drain the noodles and place them back into the pot.
Sauté the noodles with a splash of oil.
Stir in the sauce.
Serve with sautéed onion, broccoli, and carrots. Optionally, top with shredded leftover chicken.
