Ramen Noodle Stir Fry with Tamari Sauce

Ingredients

  • ramen noodles
  • 2 tablespoons tamari
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon vegan butter
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • onion
  • broccoli
  • carrots
  • optional shredded chicken

Preparation

  1. Place noodles into boiling water and cook for 3 minutes.

  2. Make sauce by combining 2 tablespoons tamari, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1/2 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon vegan butter, and 1 teaspoon sriracha.

  3. Drain the noodles and place them back into the pot.

  4. Sauté the noodles with a splash of oil.

  5. Stir in the sauce.

  6. Serve with sautéed onion, broccoli, and carrots. Optionally, top with shredded leftover chicken.
