Satay Peanut “Chicken” W/ Rice + Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp @bragguk liquid aminos
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 6 tbsp @pb2foods pb2 + 3 tbsp water
  • 1/4 cup @oatly oat milk
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup and 1 tbsp sriracha
  • cooked chicken

Preparation

  1. For the sauce I simply blended 2 tbsp @bragguk liquid aminos, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 tsp minced garlic, 6 tbsp @pb2foods pb2 + 3 tbsp water, 1/4 cup @oatly oat milk, 1/2 tbsp maple syrup and 1 tbsp sriracha and topped it over the cooked chicken

  2. Was absolutely divine, going to be making it so much more now
