Satay Peanut “Chicken” W/ Rice + Salad
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp @bragguk liquid aminos
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 6 tbsp @pb2foods pb2 + 3 tbsp water
- 1/4 cup @oatly oat milk
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup and 1 tbsp sriracha
- cooked chicken
Preparation
For the sauce I simply blended 2 tbsp @bragguk liquid aminos, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 tsp minced garlic, 6 tbsp @pb2foods pb2 + 3 tbsp water, 1/4 cup @oatly oat milk, 1/2 tbsp maple syrup and 1 tbsp sriracha and topped it over the cooked chicken
Was absolutely divine, going to be making it so much more now
