Burrito with Seitan
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 Tbl cumin
- 4 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 Tbl vegan Worcester
- 1 Tbl corn starch
Preparation
Whisk together and pour over seitan or tofu and heat until thick
Erve with avocado and cooked peppers and onion
I added black beans because I wanted even more protein
