Burrito with Seitan

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 Tbl cumin
  • 4 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 Tbl vegan Worcester
  • 1 Tbl corn starch

Preparation

  1. Whisk together and pour over seitan or tofu and heat until thick

  2. Erve with avocado and cooked peppers and onion

  3. I added black beans because I wanted even more protein
