Vegan Tzatziki Recipe


  • 200grs of ada’s vegan labneh
  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of grated lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of dried dill (if you could find green dill it’s even better)
  • salt (to taste)
  • black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 crushed garlic


  1. Shred the two Cucumbers with a grater and place them in a bowl, shredd the Lemon Zest too

  2. Add the Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, Dill, Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic to the bowl and mix them with a spoon

  3. Add Ada’s Vegan Labneh to the bowl and mix the ingredients well with a spoon

  4. Add the Olive Oil on top of the Tzatziki

  5. Place the Tzatziki in the fridge till it’s time to serve it

  6. Cut flat bread into triangles and toast them in order to serve them with the Tzatziki
