Sweet Potato Toast with Avocado Smash and Chilli

Ingredients

  • Sweet potato
  • Avocado
  • Lime
  • Salt
  • Pomegranate
  • Chilli

Preparation

  1. Slice the sweet potato thinly and pop it into the toaster; it will need to be cooked for 2-3 cycles until fully toasted.

  2. While the sweet potato is toasting, smash the avocado and add a squeeze of lime and salt to taste.

  3. Spread the avocado smash onto the cooked sweet potato toast.

  4. Sprinkle on pomegranate and chilli.

  5. Enjoy your meal.
