Sweet Potato Toast with Avocado Smash and Chilli
Ingredients
- Sweet potato
- Avocado
- Lime
- Salt
- Pomegranate
- Chilli
Preparation
Slice the sweet potato thinly and pop it into the toaster; it will need to be cooked for 2-3 cycles until fully toasted.
While the sweet potato is toasting, smash the avocado and add a squeeze of lime and salt to taste.
Spread the avocado smash onto the cooked sweet potato toast.
Sprinkle on pomegranate and chilli.
