Healthy Edible Cookie Dough with Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 15 oz canned chickpeas
- 1/3 cup natural smooth peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch kosher salt
Optional add-ins

- coconut shreds
Preparation
Peel the skin off the chickpeas.
Dump all the ingredients into a food processor.
Process until smooth, scraping the sides a few times.
Stir in optional add-ins if desired.
