Pitaya Beet Recovery Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Tigernut Milk (or increase almond milk)
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/3 cup frozen spinach
- 1 tbsp Pitaya powder
- 1 tbsp organic beet powder (or use fresh steamed then frozen beets)
- 1/4 cup sprouted pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut butter
Optional add-ins
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 tsp Cordyceps adaptogen
- 1 tsp cardamom
Toppings
- hormone cereal
- goji berries
- almond butter for drizzling
Preparation
Blend all ingredients from the Ingredients section until smooth
Pour the blended mixture into a bowl
Assembly
Add toppings: hormone cereal, goji berries, and drizzle with almond butter
