Pitaya Beet Recovery Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Tigernut Milk (or increase almond milk)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 tbsp Pitaya powder
  • 1 tbsp organic beet powder (or use fresh steamed then frozen beets)
  • 1/4 cup sprouted pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut butter

Optional add-ins

  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp Cordyceps adaptogen
  • 1 tsp cardamom

Toppings

  • hormone cereal
  • goji berries
  • almond butter for drizzling

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients from the Ingredients section until smooth

  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl

Assembly

  1. Add toppings: hormone cereal, goji berries, and drizzle with almond butter
