Creamy Wild Garlic Chicken Curry

Ingredients

  • Large handful of wild garlic or 6 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
  • 500gms chicken thighs/tofu/paneer
  • 200mls double cream
  • 2-3 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Temper the cumin seeds in the oil.

  2. Cut the chicken into cubes and add it to the pan to brown and cook through.

  3. Add the wild garlic and stir well.

  4. Add the turmeric and salt to taste.

  5. Add the double cream, bring to a simmer, and serve right away. Adjust the consistency with a little water if needed.
