Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 ripe mashed banana
  • 1 tbsp sweetener of choice (maple/agave/coconut sugar)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch salt

Toppings

  • oat yogurt (e.g., Alpro brand)
  • fresh raspberries
  • additional almond butter

Preparation

  1. Mix all base ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Cook the mixture on the stove or microwave until thick and chocolatey, or let it soak overnight in the refrigerator for no-cook option

  3. Prepare toppings by adding oat yogurt, fresh raspberries, and extra almond butter on top
