Brownie Batter Oat Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 ripe mashed banana
- 1 tbsp sweetener of choice (maple/agave/coconut sugar)
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- pinch salt
Toppings
- oat yogurt (e.g., Alpro brand)
- fresh raspberries
- additional almond butter
Preparation
Mix all base ingredients together in a bowl
Cook the mixture on the stove or microwave until thick and chocolatey, or let it soak overnight in the refrigerator for no-cook option
Prepare toppings by adding oat yogurt, fresh raspberries, and extra almond butter on top
