Raspberry Coconut Confection Balls

Ingredients

Dough

  • 175 g Low-Fat Cream Cheese
  • 40 g Coconut Flour
  • 20 g Coconut Flakes
  • 2 tablespoons White Chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered Erythritol

Filling and topping

  • 12 Raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut Flakes

Preparation

  1. First, stir the cream cheese until smooth in a bowl.

  2. Melt the white chocolate and stir it in.

  3. Stir in the powdered erythritol, coconut flour, and coconut flakes.

  4. Take a walnut-sized portion with your hands, place a raspberry in the middle, and carefully form a ball.

  5. Roll the finished ball in a bowl with coconut flakes until the entire surface is covered.
