Raspberry Coconut Confection Balls
Ingredients
Dough
- 175 g Low-Fat Cream Cheese
- 40 g Coconut Flour
- 20 g Coconut Flakes
- 2 tablespoons White Chocolate
- 2 tablespoons Powdered Erythritol
Filling and topping
- 12 Raspberries
- 3 tablespoons Coconut Flakes
Preparation
First, stir the cream cheese until smooth in a bowl.
Melt the white chocolate and stir it in.
Stir in the powdered erythritol, coconut flour, and coconut flakes.
Take a walnut-sized portion with your hands, place a raspberry in the middle, and carefully form a ball.
Roll the finished ball in a bowl with coconut flakes until the entire surface is covered.
