Danish Rye Bread with Avocado

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 3 slices of rye bread
  • hummus spread
  • small cherry tomatoes
  • juice from 1/2 lime
  • chili flakes
  • basil leaves
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Toast the rye bread slices.

  2. Spread hummus on the toasted bread.

  3. Slice the avocado and add it on top.

  4. Serve with tomatoes, juice from 1/2 lime, chili flakes, basil leaves, salt and pepper.
