Banana Coconut Ice Cream with Matcha Mousse

Ingredients

Ice cream

  • 1 fresh banana
  • 165ml coconut cream
  • 25g organic desiccated coconut
  • 20g of stevia
  • 3g vanilla bean paste

Matcha mousse

  • 1.5 avocado
  • 5ml lime juice
  • 4g matcha powder
  • 25g stevia

Preparation

  1. Blend the ice cream ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  2. Blend the matcha mousse ingredients together until smooth.

  3. Once the ice cream is ready, top it with the matcha mousse and enjoy.
