Banana Coconut Ice Cream with Matcha Mousse
Ingredients
Ice cream
- 1 fresh banana
- 165ml coconut cream
- 25g organic desiccated coconut
- 20g of stevia
- 3g vanilla bean paste
Matcha mousse
- 1.5 avocado
- 5ml lime juice
- 4g matcha powder
- 25g stevia
Preparation
Blend the ice cream ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Blend the matcha mousse ingredients together until smooth.
Once the ice cream is ready, top it with the matcha mousse and enjoy.
