Easy Coconut Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 400 ml can of coconut milk (cold)
  • 70 g coconut flour
  • 60 g coconut flakes
  • 50 g sweetener of choice, such as honey or maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Scoop out the thick coconut milk from the can without the water into a blender

  2. Blend until creamy

  3. Add the sweetener and blend again

  4. Add the coconut flour and 40 g flakes, then blend until well combined

  5. If the mixture is too dry, add some milk; if too wet, add more coconut flour

  6. Form the mixture into 20 g balls and roll them in the leftover 20 g coconut flakes

  7. Put in the fridge for at least 1 hour

  8. Then enjoy
