Easy Coconut Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 400 ml can of coconut milk (cold)
- 70 g coconut flour
- 60 g coconut flakes
- 50 g sweetener of choice, such as honey or maple syrup
Preparation
Scoop out the thick coconut milk from the can without the water into a blender
Blend until creamy
Add the sweetener and blend again
Add the coconut flour and 40 g flakes, then blend until well combined
If the mixture is too dry, add some milk; if too wet, add more coconut flour
Form the mixture into 20 g balls and roll them in the leftover 20 g coconut flakes
Put in the fridge for at least 1 hour
Then enjoy
