Easy Pineapple Coconut Ice Lollies Treat

Ingredients

  • 1 x 400g can coconut milk
  • 1 x 435g tinned pineapple chunks
  • 2 tbsp honey

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz for 30-60 seconds until smooth.

  2. Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze for a minimum of 2 hours.

Tips

  1. Make them in the morning to have ready for an afternoon snack; preparation takes about 2 minutes.
