Vegan Avocado Ice Cream with Mint and Chocolate
Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- a can of coconut milk
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp mint extract
- some chocolate chips
Preparation
Blend up 2 avocados, a can of coconut milk, 1/2 cup pure maple syrup and 1/2 tsp of mint extract.
Stir in some chocolate chips.
Freeze for a few hours until solid.
