Vegan Avocado Ice Cream with Mint and Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • a can of coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp mint extract
  • some chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Blend up 2 avocados, a can of coconut milk, 1/2 cup pure maple syrup and 1/2 tsp of mint extract.

  2. Stir in some chocolate chips.

  3. Freeze for a few hours until solid.
