Easy Blackberry Magnum Ice Cream Bars
Ingredients
- 200g blackberries
- 2 tablespoons coconut milk (only the firm part)
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
Coating
- 100g white chocolate
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a blender or with an immersion blender and pour into ice pop molds with sticks, then freeze.
Once frozen, melt the white chocolate and dip each frozen bar in the chocolate on both sides to coat.

This recipe is perfect for using an abundance of fresh blackberries from the garden.
