Strawberry Smoothie Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 16 strawberries (reserve 4 for coarse chopping)
- 400 ml or 2 packages plain yogurt
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 1 small cup strawberry ice cream (popular or neapolitan)
- A little additional water
Preparation
Coarsely chop the 4 reserved strawberries.
Blend all other ingredients together except the chopped strawberries.
Add the chopped strawberries to the blended mixture.
Pour the mixture into ice molds or plastic containers, stirring to distribute the strawberries evenly.
Freeze until solid.
