Ingredients

  • 400 cc cold liquid whipped cream
  • 200 cc sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder (adjust to taste)

Preparation

  1. Whip the liquid whipped cream until stiff and fluffy.

  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix on the lowest speed until well combined.

  3. Gradually add the matcha powder while continuing to mix on low speed.

  4. Taste and stop adding matcha when the flavor is to your liking.

  5. Freeze the mixture until solid to form ice cream.
