Brazilian Coconut Milk Dessert Filling
Ingredients
- 1 box (395 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 can (about 200 ml) heavy cream, without whey
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 100 g powdered milk
Optional
- 1 cup whipped cream
Preparation
Mix sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, coconut milk, and powdered milk in a saucepan
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens to a firm filling consistency
Let cool, then use
Tips
After cooling, beat with 1 cup of whipped cream to increase yield
