Brazilian Coconut Milk Dessert Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 box (395 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 can (about 200 ml) heavy cream, without whey
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 100 g powdered milk

Optional

  • 1 cup whipped cream

Preparation

  1. Mix sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, coconut milk, and powdered milk in a saucepan

  2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens to a firm filling consistency

  3. Let cool, then use

  1. After cooling, beat with 1 cup of whipped cream to increase yield
