Italian Espresso Affogato with Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 100 ml water
  • 4 tsp espresso powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Preparation

  1. Unscrew the espresso maker, fill the bottom with water, insert the filter, and fill it with espresso powder without pressing down, then screw it back together

  2. Place the espresso maker on the stove and boil on high until a hissing sound is heard

  3. Pour the hot espresso into a glass (if the espresso is too strong, you can add some milk or sugar)

  4. Scoop a ball of vanilla ice cream and place it in the glass

  5. Enjoy immediately
