Fennel Seed Cold Infusion

Ingredients

  • Half a glass of water
  • 1 dessert spoon of fennel seeds

Preparation

  1. Put water in half a glass.

  2. Add 1 dessert spoon of fennel seeds.

  3. Cover and let sit for 2 to 6 hours at room temperature.

  4. Drink on an empty stomach or before sleeping.
